Roadmap

Roadmap

This roadmap outlines the major areas we are focusing on as the project moves toward a wider release.

Our priorities may shift as live issues, testing results, and player feedback come in, but this reflects the direction we are actively working toward.

Near Term

Opening Up Access

  • Move from invite-only access toward a broader public opening
  • Improve overall server readiness for a larger player base
  • Continue smoothing out rough edges that are most noticeable to new players
  • Strengthen stability and consistency before opening the doors further

Epic 6.3 Readiness

  • Continue bug fixing across gameplay systems until the server is feature-comparable with Epic 6.3
  • Resolve remaining runtime issues in combat, movement, skills, summons, items, and world interactions
  • Tighten system behavior so core gameplay feels dependable in everyday play
  • Focus on correctness first, especially in places where small inconsistencies have a big gameplay impact

Playability Improvements

  • Improve the overall feel of the server through balance-minded fixes, polish, and quality-of-life updates
  • Reduce frustrating edge cases that interrupt normal gameplay
  • Keep improving the experience for both solo play and group play
  • Prioritize changes that make the server more enjoyable to spend time in

Mid Term

Public Opening Support

  • Expand access once the server is ready to support a larger population more confidently
  • Improve onboarding for new players entering the server for the first time
  • Continue hardening systems that become more important under higher activity
  • Refine visibility, reliability, and service stability as the project grows

Deepening Epic 6.3 Quality

  • Move beyond “working” toward “solid” by addressing remaining parity gaps and long-tail issues
  • Improve under-the-hood reliability in systems that players interact with constantly
  • Continue cleaning up gameplay paths that are technically functional but not yet where they should be
  • Strengthen consistency across progression, social systems, world behavior, and class-related gameplay

More Enjoyable Day-to-Day Gameplay

  • Improve the parts of the experience that shape long sessions, not just isolated fixes
  • Refine progression pacing, class feel, and general game flow where needed
  • Continue identifying which missing or rough areas most affect player enjoyment
  • Use player feedback to guide which improvements should move up first

Long Term

Beyond Epic 6.3

  • Introduce support for additional epics over time
  • Expand the server’s feature coverage beyond the initial Epic 6.3 target
  • Build toward a broader long-term experience instead of stopping at baseline comparability
  • Approach future epic support carefully so quality is not traded away for speed

A More Complete Server

  • Continue improving the project from “feature-comparable” to “well-rounded”
  • Reduce technical roughness that players may not always see directly, but definitely feel
  • Keep improving maintainability, reliability, and long-term development pace
  • Support a healthier foundation for future content, events, and expansion

A Better Experience Overall

  • Keep making the server more enjoyable, more stable, and more welcoming over time
  • Focus not only on correctness, but also on how the game feels to actually play
  • Improve the overall quality of the experience through steady iteration
  • Let community feedback help shape what matters most after the core goals are in place

Ongoing Priorities

These are not limited to one phase and will continue alongside the roadmap:

  • Bug fixing
  • Stability improvements
  • Gameplay correctness
  • Quality-of-life improvements
  • Server polish
  • Preparation for wider access

Notes

This roadmap is intended as a high-level view of direction, not a strict promise of delivery order. Some items may move earlier or later depending on technical needs, testing outcomes, and player feedback.
